2. How can I make a booking?
You can book through our website, by email, WhatsApp, or via our online request form.
Once we receive your request, we send a quotation with a confirmation deadline. The booking is only guaranteed after we receive your written confirmation and the required payment.
3. Is my booking confirmed immediately?
No. A quotation does not guarantee availability.
Your booking becomes officially confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email from Horizon 4 You, followed by a voucher once full payment has been received.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:
• Credit card payments (via secure system)
• Bank transfers
• Western Union / Cash Plus
All bank or transfer fees must be covered by the client.
5. Are prices guaranteed?
Horizon 4 You reserves the right to update a quotation if the confirmation deadline has passed or if the exchange rate changes.
6. What is your cancellation policy?
If you decide to cancel your booking, a per-person cancellation fee will apply according to the date on which Horizon 4 You Travel & Tourism receives and acknowledges your written cancellation request.
The following fees will apply:
⦁ 10% of the full package price
For cancellations made 60 days or more prior to the departure date.
⦁ 30% of the full package price
For cancellations made 30 to 59 days prior to the departure date.
⦁ 90% of the full package price
For cancellations made 10 to 29 days prior to the departure date.
⦁ 100% of the tour fare
For cancellations made within 48 hours to 9 days prior to departure, including no-shows on the day of departure.
⦁ Some activities (such as hot air balloon flights) may have stricter rules depending on partners.
Cancellation Notice
A written cancellation notice must be sent by email to Horizon 4 You Travel & Tourism.
Your cancellation will only be considered effective once it has been received in writing and formally acknowledged by our team.
7. Can I modify my booking?
We will always do our utmost to accommodate your request and provide the best possible solution.
Whenever changes are needed — whether for dates, services, activities, or participant details — our team will review the options, advise you transparently, and help you select the most suitable alternative.

While our trusted partners are fully licensed, insured, and vetted to meet strict safety standards, their coverage does not replace the protection offered by individual travel insurance.
Personal travel insurance ensures peace of mind by covering unexpected situations such as medical emergencies, lost luggage, trip delays, or cancellations.

9. Is transportation included in tours?
Most tours include hotel pick-up and drop-off.
Details are always mentioned in each tour description or your confirmation email.
