1. Introduction
By booking any service with Horizon 4 You Travel & Tourism , you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. These conditions govern all bookings, services, and interactions between the client and Horizon 4 You.
2. Subject of the Contract
This distance contract defines the rights and obligations of both parties regarding online bookings of travel services, including tours, accommodation, transportation, and related activities offered by Horizon 4 You Travel & Tourism. All payments and data transfers are secured through authorized Moroccan online payment systems.
3. Definitions
⦁ Distance contract: Any booking or deposit made remotely through our website using secure online payment systems.
⦁ Client: Any individual booking services for personal, non-professional use.
⦁ Order form: A summary of the services selected by the client, validated through a double‑click confirmation.
⦁ Reservation: A commitment by the client to purchase the selected service and by Horizon 4 You to provide it.
⦁ Product: Any tour, excursion, activity, or travel service offered by Horizon 4 You.
⦁ Double click: The two-step digital confirmation required to validate an online booking.
4. Booking Execution
Your reserved service will be delivered on the date and at the location indicated in the booking confirmation sent to you by Horizon 4 You.
After receiving your booking request, you will first receive a quotation email, including a deadline for confirmation. This quotation does not guarantee availability or block the service. The client must confirm the reservation before the indicated deadline. Beyond this date, a new quotation will be issued, and both pricing and availability may change depending on the season (high or low season).
A reservation is considered fully confirmed only upon receipt of an official confirmation email from Horizon 4 You Travel & Tourism. A final voucher will be issued once the total invoiced amount has been successfully received.
Your reserved service will be delivered on the date and at the location indicated in the booking confirmation sent to you by Horizon 4 You.
5. Prices
All prices displayed on our website are in Euros and include applicable taxes. Final prices may include additional government taxes or bank transaction fees. The valid price is the one displayed at the time of booking.
Prices do not include bank transfer fees or any charges related to international payment processing. These fees must be covered by the client.
Horizon 4 You reserves the right to apply a price adjustment if the exchange rate fluctuates negatively at the time of the payment reception. This ensures that the service cost remains aligned with the original quotation.

6. Payment Method
The client guarantees that they are authorized to use the selected payment method. Payments are processed securely through encrypted systems with authorized Moroccan payment partners. Fraudulent payment use is governed by the agreements between the client, their bank, and Horizon 4 You’s financial institution.
In addition to online card payments, Horizon 4 You also accepts:
⦁ Bank transfers
⦁ Cash payments via Western Union / Cash Plus / MoneyGram (or similar authorized services)
All related transfer or service fees must be fully covered by the client.
Once the payment is received, a signed and stamped voucher of re-confirmation will be issued and sent by email. This voucher serves as the final proof of booking and must be presented at the start of the service.
7. Deposit & Balance Payment
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The electronic receipt confirming the transaction serves as temporary proof of payment until the amount is fully credited.
The remaining invoiced balance must be paid via bank transfer before the client’s arrival, following the deadline specified in the confirmation email. A copy of the transfer receipt must be sent by email to Horizon 4 You.
Horizon 4 You reserves the right to cancel the entire stay if the payment deadline is not respected or if the remaining balance is not received in time to secure the booking.
A final voucher signed and stamped will be issued only once the full payment has been received.
8. Changes
Horizon 4 You Travel & Tourism shall be responsible to the guest for providing the services and accommodations described on this website, except where they cannot be supplied, or the itinerary is amended due to delays, or other causes of whatever kind or nature beyond the companies control. In such circumstances, the operator will seek to supply comparable services, accommodations, and itineraries and there shall be no refunds in these circumstances.
09. Cancellation Policy
If you decide to cancel your booking, a per-person cancellation fee will apply according to the date on which Horizon 4 You Travel & Tourism receives and acknowledges your written cancellation request. The following fees will apply:
⦁ 10% of the full package price
For cancellations made 60 days or more prior to the departure date.
⦁ 30% of the full package price
For cancellations made 30 to 59 days prior to the departure date.
⦁ 90% of the full package price
For cancellations made 10 to 29 days prior to the departure date.
⦁ 100% of the tour fare
For cancellations made within 48 hours to 9 days prior to departure, including no-shows on the day of departure.
⦁ Some activities (such as hot air balloon flights) may have stricter rules depending on partners.Cancellation Notice
A written cancellation notice must be sent by email to Horizon 4 You Travel & Tourism.
Your cancellation will only be considered effective once it has been received in writing and formally acknowledged by our team.
10. Modification by Horizon 4 You
If any modification to your reservation becomes necessary due to availability, Horizon 4 You will offer an equal or superior alternative at no additional cost.
11. Traveler Responsibilities
⦁ Provide accurate personal information when booking.
⦁ Inform Horizon 4 You of any medical conditions, allergies, or mobility limitations.
⦁ Follow the instructions of guides and staff to ensure safety and smooth operation of services.
12. Departure Guarantee
Departures are guaranteed with a minimum number of passengers as specified in the itinerary. Should the total number of passengers fall below the required minimum numbers listed below, we reserve the right to cancel the tour, change the hotels, or change to locally hosted services.
13. Security
Safety and security is a significant concern to all of us and the global situation is subject to constant change. Events around the world, combined with the “Travel Advisories” issued by various governments, may in some circumstances necessitate changes to the accommodations itineraries or even trip cancellation. You must accept the risks involved in travel to any country that may experience security difficulties, and accept responsibility for your own travel decisions.
14. Disclaimer
Travel is personal and each individual’s wishes and experience may differ; Horizon 4 You Travel & Tourism will not be bound by, or liable for any description, photograph, representation or warranty made by or provided by any third party sales representative, Travel Agent, or any other person or entity relating to any guided tour offered by Horizon 4 You.
15. Liability
Horizon 4 You is not responsible for:
Personal loss, damage, or injury.
Delays or disruptions caused by weather, external providers, or unforeseen circumstances.
All partners and service providers we work with are fully licensed and insured.
16. Use of Images
During tours, photos or videos may be taken for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in such media, please notify us in advance.
17. Personal Data
All personal information provided during bookings is securely processed and stored. You may request access or correction of your data at any time.
18. Electronic Signature
Your digital confirmation (“double click”) constitutes a legally binding electronic signature, equivalent to a handwritten signature.
19. Storage of Transactions
All transaction records (bookings, invoices, receipts) are securely stored in accordance with Moroccan digital data standards to ensure integrity and durability.
20. Force Majeure
Horizon 4 You is exempt from liability if the fulfillment of contractual obligations is prevented due to events of force majeure (natural disasters, political unrest, etc.).
21. Dispute Resolution
Both parties agree to seek an amicable settlement before initiating legal action. Any dispute arising from this contract is governed by Moroccan law. Jurisdiction is assigned to the competent court in Agadir or Rabat.
22. Safety & Insurance
Horizon 4 You is committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of all travelers. While all tours are operated with licensed and insured partners, clients must acknowledge the inherent risks associated with outdoor activities and travel.
⦁ All vehicles, drivers, and activity providers comply with Moroccan safety regulations.
⦁ Adventure activities (e.g., camel rides, quad biking, hot air balloon) involve physical participation and may not be suitable for all travelers.
⦁ Clients are encouraged to purchase personal travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellations, and personal belongings.
⦁ Horizon 4 You cannot be held responsible for accidents caused by negligence, failure to follow instructions, or external circumstances.
23. Children Policy
We welcome families and children across most tours. However, specific rules may apply depending on the activity:
⦁ Parents or legal guardians are fully responsible for supervising children at all times.
⦁ Age restrictions may apply for certain activities (e.g., quad biking, long hikes, hot air balloon flights).
⦁ Special child rates may be available depending on the activity and age category.
⦁ For safety reasons, infants may not be allowed on certain adventure or high-altitude activities.
Parents must inform Horizon 4 You of any special needs or conditions to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
24. Complaints & Refund Procedure
Horizon 4 You strives to provide high-quality service. If you experience any issues during your tour, please inform us immediately so that we can resolve the matter quickly.
How to submit a complaint:
⦁ Contact your guide or Horizon 4 You representative on the same day of the incident.
⦁ If the issue is not resolved, send a written complaint within 48 hours to: support@horizon4you.com.
Refund procedure:
⦁ Refunds are evaluated based on the circumstances and the Terms & Conditions.
⦁ No refund will be provided for services already consumed or partially used.
⦁ Refunds, when approved, are processed within 7–14 business days.
